HOTEL RESERVATIONS

Make your room and airline reservations early.  We are always concerned about having a sufficient number of rooms.  The room rate we have negotiated is extremely good for a resort hotel in the Phoenix area at this time of the year.  The rate is $189 per night, single or double occupancy.   Please click here to make a reservation.  You can  call the hotel directly to make your reservations as well. Please dial 1.800.494.3146.

Hotel: Chaparral Suites Resort Scottsdale

5001 N. Scottsdale Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85250

CHILD/FAMILY CARE

Arrangements will be made through the Chaparral Suites concierge and provided by Arizona Lullaby Guild, a local child/family care provider (see http://www.arizonalullabyguild.com). The cost of services will depend upon the ages of the children and the number of children or family members that might be grouped for care. Attendees will be asked to contact the meeting coordinator at Talley Management (email direct at aas@talley.com or call 856.423.7222 ext. 223) in advance to request childcare services and to determine costs.

AIRLINES

Make your reservations early to obtain the best possible rates.  The Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is a hub for all major airlines including Southwest and US Airways.  International flights are available including non-stop from England via British Airways.

CONTINUING EDUCATION INFORMATION

CEU credits will be solicited for AAA, ASHA, IIHIS and the State of Arizona.

This program is offered for up to 1.7 ASHA CEUs (Advanced level, Professional area.)
